Meditation and Mindfulness Training

Meditation 1 is a 15 minute deep breathing and Mindfulness Meditation.
An ideal start for anyone needing to relax or

wanting to begin meditating.
This is also a great Mindfulness Meditation to do with a friend, partner or a group.

Meditation 2 is a 15 minute Mindfulness Meditation about
being quiet and listening to your inner voice. The perfect Mindfulness training exercise and very helpful for getting answers, problem solving, innovating and self-awareness. It is suggested that you work with Meditation 1 first if you are just getting started with Mindfulness Meditation or are working on improving your meditations.

It is recommended that you practice with Meditation 1 every morning and with Meditation 2 every evening. They are short so it is easy to make the time. The more you practice the more effective they will be and the better you will get at it.
